Save 30%
The tax benefit of salary sacrifice gives you a price advantage of around 30 per cent
The tax benefit of salary sacrifice allows you to save around 30 per cent on the purchase of your company bike. You acquire your bike or e-bike through your employer – conveniently in monthly instalments deducted from your gross salary, eligible for input tax deduction and available for unrestricted private use. Together with our partners FIRMENRADL, JOBRAD and BIKELEASING.AT, you’re guaranteed to find the right deal.
Under the tax reform of 1 January 2020, the tax benefit previously available for electric cars was extended to electric bicycles. As a result, company bicycles and company e-bikes are eligible for input VAT deduction, and their private use is also exempt from the benefit-in-kind tax. The exact amount you save depends on various factors: your salary, the price of the bike and the term (24, 36 or 48 months). Want to know how much you can save? You’ll find our discount calculator at FIRMENRADL.at.
The FIRMENRADL scheme enables employees to purchase bicycles or e-bikes through their employer and pay for them via payroll deductions. Each month, a portion of their gross salary is deducted, thereby generating a tax benefit through salary conversion.
A FIRMENRADL is a company bike. Employees receive it through their employer and ride it as if it were their own: naturally, for the journey to and from work. But they can also use it in everyday life, in their free time, or as a piece of exercise equipment. A FIRMENRADL can be any type of bicycle or e-bike and from any manufacturer. It keeps you healthy, is emission-free, practical and fun. What’s more, thanks to favourable tax treatment, it is significantly cheaper than a bike you buy yourself. An additional insurance package also offers comprehensive cover.
